Backwards Chess (WIP)

Grab a nearby friend to play!

Rules:

1. Each player takes a turn placing their king wherever they want on the board.

2. Then, each player's turn consists of: a) moving one piece, and b) placing another piece.

3. If you are in check at the start of your turn, you must move to get out of check.

4. All standard chess piece movements apply, except for pawns: they can move one space in any direction orthogonally, and attack one space away in any direction diagonally.

5. First player to get checkmate wins!
